Shelley Duvall, known in part for her role in The Shining, has passed away. She was 75 years old.
Duvall died in her sleep on Thursday at her Blanco, Texas home due to complications from diabetes. Her life partner since 1989, Dan Gilroy, confirmed her passing to The Hollywood Reporter, saying in a statement, "My dear, sweet, wonderful life partner and friend left us. Too much suffering lately, now she’s free. Fly away, beautiful Shelley."
