Marvel Cinematic Universe fans are convinced She-Hulk: Attorney at Law's finale will include a Red Hulk cameo.
Following the release of a trailer hyping up the Disney+ series' last episodes, many enthusiasts believe they've spotted the fan-favorite character during a teased rematch between Emil Blonsky aka Abomination and Bruce Banner aka The Incredible Hulk. The screenshots shared on social media feature what appears to be a red-tinted arm that flashes past the camera in a blur. Fans are taking this as an indication that Red Hulk is also participating in the brawl while others are simply chalking it up to the fight's darker lighting.
At the time of writing, it's currently unknown whether General Thaddeus E. "Thunderbolt" Ross will be appearing in his superpowered form but a cheeky joke in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law Episode 8 stoked the fires of speculation. During the concluding moments, protagonist Jen Walters wonders out loud about a possible ending, guessing a series of potential cliffhangers. "Is it the kind of twist that's like, 'Ooh, there's another Hulk, but this one's red!'" Jen contemplates. Viewers have taken this as a soft hint that Red Hulk may be on his way to joining the MCU.
Hunt for the Red Hulk
Thunderbolt Ross has already appeared in the MCU in several major productions, portrayed by the late actor William Hurt. It's currently unknown whether Marvel Studios intends on recasting the role but recent rumors suggest that Harrison Ford is in talks to take over as the potential future Red Hulk. These reports have yet to be addressed by anyone involved with the MCU's ongoing development.
She-Hulk: Attorney at Law chronicles the trials and tribulations of Jen Walters, a lawyer who is exposed to Bruce Banner's gamma-irradiated blood. Eventually accepting the media-given title of She-Hulk, she attempts to balance her life as a superhero while also working as an attorney for superhero affairs. The Disney+ show has been a critical success with many reviewers praising the series' sharp, character-driven comedy and its refreshingly light tone in comparison to other MCU installments.
