The Good Place's Jameela Jamil confirmed the recent report that she's joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe for Marvel Studios and Disney+'s She-Hulk.
Jamil posted a TikTok video featuring some of her fight choreography. "I can't believe I get to say this but..." the caption reads as Jamil throws punches and kicks to the tune of "Eye of the Tiger." "Fighting my way through the MCU, coming to you in 2022!"
While Jamil has confirmed her inclusion in She-Hulk, she didn't specify whether she would, in fact, be playing Titania as reported in June.
Created by Jim Shooter and Mike Zeck, Mary MacPherran/Titania debuted in 1984's Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars #3. The character gained her powers of superhuman strength during the publisher's first Secret Wars thanks to Doctor Doom and has developed a fierce rivalry with She-Hulk, as well as clashing with other Marvel heroes.
News of Jamil's involvement in She-Hulk comes shortly after a new report claimed Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock/Daredevil would appear in the series. At the time of this writing, neither this -- nor Cox's alleged appearance in Spider-Man: No Way Home -- have been confirmed.
She-Hulk, which stars Tatiana Maslany as the eponymous hero, arrives on Disney+ in 2022.
