Daredevil isn't the only Born Again character receiving a comics-accurate suit in Season 2. New set photos have confirmed that Wilson Bethel's Bullseye will also be sporting a more comics-accurate costume next season.

Shared across the social media platform X, the new set photos feature Bethel back in the Bullseye costume seen in the Born Again series premiere. However, as pointed out by MCU Report, some subtle changes have been made to the suit. In addition to added texture, a faint bullseye can be spotted on the headpiece just above Bethel's eyes. While not as prominent (or white) as the one in the comics, it's still a noticeable improvement over the pseudo-Bullseye costume used in Season 1. Check out the new Born Again Season 2 set photos below.

Bullseye is now the second Daredevil: Born Again character confirmed to receive a more comics-accurate costume in Season 2. Roughly two weeks ago, set photos revealed that Cox's Daredevil would finally receive the DD chest emblem in Season 2, something that has been missing from the Marvel Cinematic Universe hero's suits since the Netflix series launched in 2015. As shown in the set photos above, Daredevil will also be switching back to a black suit for Born Again Season 2, which fans may notice is actually the current red suit spray-painted black.

Filming on Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 began in late February 2025 in New York under the working title Out the Kitchen 2. Filmmaking duo Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead are returning to direct a block of episodes for Season 2, after having been previously brought in by Marvel to helm the new Season 1 episodes that were created following the creative reset. Unlike Season 1, which featured a combination of footage shot from before and after the creative overhaul, Season 2 will be fully original, meaning that fans can expect a consistent tone and quality throughout the eight-episode season.

Marvel Studios originally ordered an 18-episode first season of Daredevil: Born Again, which was eventually split into two nine-episode seasons. However, Season 2 is now confirmed to only consist of eight episodes, one less than previously expected. Fans shouldn't feel like they are being shorted an episode though, as showrunner Dario Scardapane told Collider in February 2025 that he could see the Disney+ continuation going beyond its second season. "I don't know if the story necessarily ends at the end of the second season. I think the future's unwritten," he teased.

Born Again Season 2 Is Bringing Back a Lot of Fan Favorites

In addition to Cox and Bethel, returning stars for Born Again Season 2 include Vincent D'Onofrio as Wilson Fisk/Kingpin, Clark Johnson as Cherry, Michael Gandolfini as Daniel Blake, Genneya Walton as BB Urich, and Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, all of whom have been spotted in set photos. Marvel Studios producer Brad Winderbaum has also shared that Elden Henson will be returning for Season 2 as Foggy Nelson, despite the character's death in the series premiere.

As for new additions to the cast, beloved actor Matthew Lillard is set to make his MCU debut next season. Character details for the actor, who is best known for playing Stu Macher in Scream and Shaggy in the live-action Scooby-Doo movies, remain unknown at this time. Three-time Emmy nominee Lili Taylor has also joined the Season 2 cast as a political opponent to Fisk. Both actors will be credited as recurring stars.

Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 is expected to premiere on Disney+ in early 2026.
